We were thrilled to have the opportunity to have a joint group meeting for the Go!RNA and BANDyra groups together with Przemysław Płociński lab (University of Łódź) and Agata Starosta (IBB PAS). We met on 22-24 November in Winnica Lisna.

We enjoyed presentations in the form of traditional oral talks and very creative hand-drawn posters - the poster session was especially entertaining! Several ideas for collaborative follow-up projects have been hatched. We also had team building activities: adventure walks through the (somewhat frozen) fields with mushroom picking, a bonfire with sausages and baked potatoes, wine tasting workshop, a board game night (playing Lab Wars!), sauna, morning yoga, and illustrating our projects on our own stone baked-pizzas (aka "Bake your PhD!").
