Our lab celebrates 10th anniversary!
Jul 1, 2026On July 2016, we held an official opening of our laboratory (now LBSBio) and the Structural Biology Group in the newly opened building of the Biological and Chemical Research Centre.
In the past decade, we enjoyed fantastic science and team adventures!

- 1 patent, 2 patent applications
- 3 PhD theses, 6 Master's, 6 Engineer, 5 Bachelor theses
- 28 lab alumni, including the team of Dr Katarzyna Bandyra who established her own group
- 31 lab interns and visitors
- 6 lab retreats, 1 Lab Olympics
- 40 different proteins prepped (not counting their mutants, tags and fragments)
- countless hours of fun and scientific discovery!
