Industry Doctorates in our lab!

The Industry Doctorate (Doktorat wdrożeniowy) program by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education funds young researchers working in the industry with the possibility to obtain their PhD from an academic partner.

Three joint proposals developed by Celon Pharma SA have been awarded funding for projects aimed at replacement mRNA therapies for selected rare diseases. In two projects, Dr. Maria Górna will serve as the supervisor at the University of Warsaw, with Dr. Beata Zygmunt as supervisor at Celon Pharma SA. Angelika Kapinos and Hanna Cieślak have been selected in the recent Doctoral School competition as the PhD students in the projects. Another project and PhD student will be co-supervised by Dr. Katarzyna Bandyra.
