  • Expression and purification optimization for challenging protein;
  • Enzyme kinetics;
  • Enzyme activity assays (Small Molecule, Protein and RNA binding proteins);
  • Protocol development and optimization of molecular biology, biochemistry and macromolecular crystallization experiments;
  • Protein structure determination and refinement.
  • Leading experimental classes for undergraduate students in molecular biology
  • Co-Organizer of exercise during Festival of Science
  • Supervision for several undergraduate and graduate students from the Technical University of Warsaw, University of Warsaw in molecular biology and at the University of Virginia.
